Delete your KALAN account

How to request account deletion

Account deletion is handled by email. Send us a message from the email address associated with your KALAN account:

  1. Email support@kalanapp.com from your registered email address.
  2. Use the subject line Account deletion request.
  3. Include the email address of the account you want deleted.
  4. We will verify your request and delete your account and data within 30 days.

Clearing data vs. deleting your account

The Clear financial data option inside the KALAN app removes the expenses and income setup you entered, but it does not delete your account. Your account and sign-in details remain active.

To permanently delete your account, follow the email request procedure above.

What happens when your account is deleted?

Your account and all associated app data entered into KALAN will be permanently deleted. We will retain only information that we are legally required to keep.
